Global Dashboard / Feedback page

• [x] Move the export pdf button to the global page. Center the remaining 2 buttons at the bottom of the global dashboard.
• [x] Add the feedback page. The comments should be sent to some kind of backend that stores all of the comments, either a google sheet or a database that we'll manually/automatically send to Mike every week.
• [x] Add some kind of max limit on the amount of text a user can write, something like 4000 characters or 250 words

Additionally, replace the global dashboard globe icon with one with slightly thicker lines from the figma. (uh double click on this comment to see it idk why it's not showing the image automatically)
