Rename Renewable Capacity Proportions to Renewable Capacity Mix

Design new bar which represents amount of reduced CO2 + a number of the megatons reduced. (by 2030)

Design new Electricity Mix - Zero-Carbon energy vs fossil fuel bar - as we increase the sliders, the fossil fuel decreases.

Have the poptential of all 3 bars be sticky?
