ELCMCIP -> CMDI CLARINO export

Complete dump of all records in separate files for:

• creative works (creative-works.csv)
• critical writing (critical-writing.csv)
• all authors (authors.csv)
• organizations (organization.csv).

If available, we would also like similar files for all metadata creators (metadata-creators.csv) and all contributors to works (contributors.csv).

We need to define what this repo. is suppose to provide. Refine what our motivation is. Should it contain separate exports as the original issue. Should that also include a scrubbed database copy or a static export of ELMCIP?
