Improve view author_data_export (Author data export) #202

This view have a optional Content: Residency (field_residency) contextual filter. See no way the end user can use this without fiddling with the path/URL manually but I think most end users do not know how to do this. The view does does not create a page for preview.

Perhaps the created and updated date information does not need to include time, date + year should be enough?

Hi Stein, I was going to add a new issue, but it seems this is an old plan that is still open.

I have a student who wants to do his project about the author records. He will need to export set of data that include the author name, gender, nationality, birth year, etc. and their writing (i.e. are they authors of critical writing, creative works, or both?).

Can you add an XLS button to the lists of authors on https://elmcip.net/author? If it is easy it would be great to also have XLS buttons on the lists of authors in research collections, for example https://elmcip.net/research-collection/electronic-literature-chapter-4-interactive-fiction-and-other-gamelike-forms ? (not urgent but if this is possible it is good for future work, I think)
