Change label of all databases and make consistent as multiple filed #460

Referencing #437 -- change label of this field to "See also record in:". Also, make all partner database fields multiple entry for consistency and move general repository entry field to bottom of the list.

Not sure about this. Changing the data structure to make the field widget look identical to multi value fields sounds all wrong to me. We should never allow fields that should have only one value to have more that one that is asking for problems down the line.

I think, If it is only about the way the form look, then let us tackle the problem in the theme layer and not by altering our data and data structures.

@steinmb is that a comment on the multiple value only, or is the labeling also a change of the data structure?

Could we change the header to "See also record in:" followed by the hyperlinks of the repositories? (this means one header with hyperlinks to as many repositories as are linked in the record)
