Remove duplicate Drupal modules from cellproject.net #466

Place holder issue for https://github.com/smbjorklund/cellproject/issues/28 until we have converted elmcip to a org. account and moved the repo.

Scope

Make sure we rebuild all caches and registry and that cell.elmcip.net works as it should.

Noticed that Kubernetes cron pod failed to authenticate against cellproject git repo. I emailed NIRD support about this. The elmcip-ns9035k-* uses a RSA cert. to pull this off just fine.
