Upload multiple LaCyTools files #19

Make it possible to upload multiple LaCyTools summary files, which are then merged in the dashboard.

This is useful when, for instance, IgG and IgA data are integrated in separate LaCyTools runs.

It is also required for SILuMAb IgG1 quantitation, where non-glycosylated peptides are extracted without calibration in LaCyTools, and the glycopeptides with calibration, resulting in two summary files that have to be merged.

Created a "lacytools_summaries" branch for this from the silumab branch.
