When choosing a cut-off percentile in spectra curation, that percentile is now applied to all clusters.

Make it possible to use a different percentile per cluster.

This is now only possible by setting a percentile, writing down the cut-off numbers and then filling these in manually after switching to "choose manual cut-offs".
