Docker: Warning in grSoftVersion(): ... #40

When running GlycoDash in a Docker container, the following warning is shown in the console when switching from the data import tab to the spectra curation tab:

Warning in grSoftVersion() :
  unable to load shared object '/usr/local/lib/R/modules//R_X11.so':
  libXt.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Not sure whether this is an issue. At first glance it does not seem to influence the results.

Seems to have been solved after creating a new Dockerfile.
