Analyte curation: total vs specific #52

When the data contains total and specific antibodies, the analyte curation should be peformed on only the specific data. It is now performed on total and specific combined.

User has the option to exclude total or specific from analyte curation.

However, this option was removed from curation per biological group, so add this again.
