Add more options to the data exploration. For example:

Statistical tests
More types of plots (e.g. line plots and bar plots)
Add a selectInput to choose a shape variable
Make it possible to change axis titles (maybe even axis labels and legend labels)
Add option to pivot cluster back to its own column so that the user can facet or color by cluster

Make it possible to save figures as .svg files.

Also make it such that the original ggplot figure is saved, not the ggplotly figure,
