Add text output of good titles only for headless mode #11

Need a text (tsv) file of good output only when running in headless mode, to allow for an easier automated handling of validated data. This file can be simply the rows from the Checklist worksheet that don't have disqualifying errors.

Added a basic version of this. For now it's just the Checklist from the spreadsheet as a text (tsv) file, with the failed titles removed.
