This is beyond the general improvements to the readme. I think the following are needed:

Description of command line flags/options.
Update of the glossaries and descriptions of output files, to make sure they are up to date and accurate.
A more complete explanation of bulk/headless mode.
Some discussion of the files and folders that the validator creates.
