Adjust logo placement for consistency with other CRL sites #107

A couple folks have commented on the current logo treatment. While is is most certainly best practice to have the upper-left logo area link to the homepage of the current site (and we want to maintain that), some staff have indicated that the use of the CRL logo in that space creates the expectation that clicking on it will take them to www.crl.edu. This may be an expectation that is unique to internal folks, but it is also one that's been (incorrectly!) communicated in the "old" catalog.crl.edu.

I think the solution here is to embrace the practice that we've used on a few other CRL sites where the CRL logo is placed to the right of the header (and links through to www.crl.edu) and we then use typography to create a site-specific "logo" on the left that follows best practice and links to homepage.

Most of the work related to this was already merged into dev for the beta release, but some additional changes are needed to optimize the menu area.

@KimSarabia , I've re-opened this issue against a new PR (#115), so that we can also address the menu changes that compliment the new header design.
