Record 004a09aa-cd60-5d49-87bc-4396c004c21e is missing from VuFind index. It's not clear if this is the result of the record being temporarily missing at harvest time or some other system problem. If it's a system problem it may indicate other issues that need to be explored.

This was verified as addressed after a full-re-harvest during launch processes.
