Adds OCLC number above author field in record page like in the old catalog

@AndyElliottCRL We'd appreciate your input here on the ordering of the OCLC field that I've added in this PR based on a user's request and Marie's support. For more context, check out #139

Adding shot of MilCat version for historical context; the user is right, we always had the OCLC number up there and should have kept it.
