Item availability links should be clickable for improved UX #154

This has come up via a couple feedback channels. On the holdings tab we often have long lists of items with a status displayed for each. Though there is a "Borrow" button at the top of the list, it can get buried easily as users scroll the full holdings lists. Each item row should have some clickable element that also triggers that borrowing workflow.

Button styling for the status text may be the most consistent option here.
