User Story

A User is looking at a DLA Record (Letter) and goes into TPEN to transcribe it. This will link a specific DLA record to a specific TPEN project.

What data says "This DLA Record is described by This TPEN Project"?

How can an interface ask "What TPEN project are specifically linked to this Record"?
