User Story As a Dunbar Apps admin, I want to see a what the users are assigned to and what progress they have made, perhaps individually or perhaps all at once in a table.

What data says "Dunbar User A is assigned to (thing), and the completion level of (thing) is not started/in progress/completed"? Can this data be looped for Dunbar Users A-Z and Thing A-Z?

How can an interface ask "What are all the things assigned to a Dunbar User (looping all users)? What is the completion level of those things?"

Reviewers are only interested in records. They encounter a user when they assign a user. Not likely that a reviewer would start from a list of users, click a user, and see their responsibilities. They are more concerned with starting from a Record.
