Index CSS #41

The index.html page may be too scant. It does not detect whether I am logged in or not and does not have any CSS, so it doesn't feel like a web page I should be on.

Hmm strange, after a couple log ins and log outs now it has all the links and such. Must have been an old cached index.html.

Only complaint is it needs just a little CSS for sanity.
