There is one workflow that has yet to be completed

As a Curator, I may want to remove something from the public list so it becomes available for contributors to add more information. At the moment, a Curator's only option is to delete the record entirely.

Confirmed this missing workflow is meant for another interface. This UI will give a better indication to this situation to Curators who end up looking at the public list. There will be no available action for them to modify the public list.
