Now that the RTI creation process is modular, it would be simple to allow the user to just run the fitter on existing sources. I will investigate the usefulness of this further, but if desired we can implement this option.

We will move this down the pipeline a bit as its most useful scenario is saving the user from typing a one line command line argument.

This should probably be focused on picking up generated content that was created when a process was killed/crashed rather than redoing the work everytime.
