Test on MacOS #34

hshfitter.exe and webrtimaker.exe run fine in wine. I don't know how Mac users create RTI files, but could find out. Even if the deferredbatch needs to run on Windows or in wine, Mac users should be able to do everything else.

We do have a Mac in the OCDH and on various machines near us, I can try to test on Mac. I have not yet.
