Stop looking in v0 in TPEN code

Let's try to get a sense of how many of these exist. None in Italian? Some in French?

French Master Projects

Italian Master Projects

For those French projects, whoever was meant to transcribe/parse them failed to get to at least one of the pages in each of those projects. When that happens for a given page, it tries to check in http://165.134.105.29/annotationstore/ which is no longer up. As to whether or not we would expect to find an AnnotationList there or not, I do know.

34/105ish is a lot... I wonder how many actually exist in v0... It might be worth just extracting those and moving them.

v0AnnotationLists.csv How about this import? This is all the TPEN-NL AnnotationLists in v0. We could just bring them all in, or what would go wrong?

@thehabes I'm not sure how the lookup is done, but I might be able to filter this tighter based on the list above?
