The following split screens are not loading

These three options do not have corresponding split div's on the page. They were not there to start with.

This also happens on the version they have up live on paleography.library.utoronto.ca. This is sort of a they need to fix it thing, perhaps they left them as available options in the dropdown for a reason. The most appropriate thing to do would be to comment out these options from the dropdown and document why we did such a thing.
