  1. default should be minimal line.

  2. order of buttons should be minimal line zen line box on/off number on/off

  3. add on/off on state changes for box and number

If I go to parse and add or remove line, then go back to the full screen page, all lines are showing (the boxes) and all labels are showing. This is because default behavior is built into the classing of these elements and the functions that add/remove/update elements on the page. The parsing functions and CSS for the default behavior has to be changed if we want it to work seamlessly, so this issue has ballooned a bit. However, it is doing the default behavior on page load at least.
