list of xml tags not refreshing after delete #90

when delete xml tag the list does not refresh to reflect change. The special character list does seem to refresh when deleted

something must have been wrong with your browser session. Try to reproduce. Newly added tags deleted from the page and upon refreshing already existing tags could be deleted using chrome on windows.
