add video icon to transcription interface - next to the contact button. Set it to point at the t-pen how to use video we use in the same place on tpen 28. use the same icon for now

Added it on the other side of help because the button said help. It looked weird next to contact. Here it is in multiple places so you can see what I mean.

The first one is implemented, it can be any of them.

I notice 2 issues with the video (also in TPEN proper):

The video keeps playing when you close the area. It can be stopped by opening it again.
It is not page-resizing friendly.

If that's a big enough deal we can fix it.
