Author/Scribe/Hand of Witness (Fragment)

When I am viewing text from a resource and identifying Glosses, sometimes I am aware of the author or traditional hand of the Gloss. In the simplest case I would like to record this as a text string, like "Bryan Haberberger", which could be handled by a basic DEER input. In more complex cases, I would like to make an authority file for the individual and link to an IRI.

Somewhat present in the app now. There is a "Glossator Hand" input the Witness Fragment forms that allows you to say "original" or "other". The user cannot provide a string or an authority file link.
