Plot for chromosome #94

Screenshot_20220914-214349~2 Hi. Thank you very much for tools analysis NIPT I used it and got pretty good results. but i want to build an image histogram for each chromosome where the x-axis shows the chromosome band position, similar to the attached image. Can you guide me how to do it? Thank you
