Quickstart and Slowstart should mention each other #44

Quickstart now explicitly refers users to the Step-by-Step guide if invoke setup doesn't work. Likewise, the steps in Quickstart are a prerequisite for doing the Step-by-Step, so make sure we tell the users to do those first.

Also: typo fixes!
