[SHARE-1061] Get DOI/ARK identifiers from OSF #756

(Includes changes from #754, will be much smaller once that merges)

Fetch identifiers along with OSF nodes, and map them to identifiers in SHARE.

Because it was useful for debugging, I also added fetching by ID with sharectl:

sharectl fetch io.osf --ids mst3k
