[ENG-6370] Update total user for dashboard label #2359

Purpose

Make the total user count update as the number of users is filtered by orcid or department.

Summary of Changes

pass the totalCount attribute from the paginated list to the component
display that new attribute in the template
remove old totalUsers code.
