Standard Prototyping Site #31

In order to propose/prototype changes that might replace current elements or styles we should consider a wireframe or prototyping service.

As for prototype, I think the easiest way is to change the code in the style guide website with browser dev tools. Or a fiddle instance that use base.css can be attached. It can be a playground for testing the current or changed elements.

@haoyuchen1992 I like this idea, can you look into whether we can provide a code playground with an up to date base.css (preferably taking it from github)?
