Implement paragraph borders #235

Currently Paragraph Borders are not implement.

If we have smth like:

screen shot 2017-02-23 at 5 23 36 pm

Will output:

screen shot 2017-02-23 at 5 23 56 pm

I do plan to add a PR for this. Let me know if there are any suggestions.
