We should have a form/website that allow people to contact us and share new data with us. I also have a lot of data I could add to the DB. One dataset from a field study and one from a lab study. I would like to add them to the new version of the DB II

Yep I'd like to have a more formal process. We have this tool but it needs a little work following this update. I'm open to better options.

I love this fantastic idea! I feel the current issue is not the data size but selection biases. We might want to ask more questions to data contributors. e.g., Why do you select this certain type of building for study? TBA

Hello. I am a doctoral student at École de Technologie Supérieure in Montreal, Canada. I am currently working on a project where I will be collecting thermal comfort evaluation data, and I was interested in contributing to the dataset. I have a question regarding the ability to withdraw some individual submissions: The README.md states that we are able to submit fixes and issues after we make the contribution, and I have seen in the changelog that some data has been adjusted. My question is, if an individual in our study decides to withdraw their submission from the dataset, would we be able to ask that an individual submission with a specific index be withdrawn from the dataset? Thank you for taking the time to answer my question :)

Hi @lightmyacid, thanks for your interest in contributing! We can absolutely remove individual records if someone requests it. The latest version has the subject_id field which could be used as an index. Let me know if you come across any other issues when preparing the dataset. We appreciate your willingness to share 👏
