more visibility for documentation and better graphic layout #158

I know that there are a few changes coming to Clima, IP/SI unit being implemented, for example (yay!) As also the documentation is almost finished, I think there could be some changes to the graphic layout that would benefit the overall usability of the site.

Namely the link to the "Doumentation" should move at the top, where is its more visible. Also, the "contact us" button, should disappear, as it links to an old google form. In essence I'm suggesting to delete two elements from the bottom banner

The "Documentation" link should move to the top. Ideally we could keep it in the tab area so that it always points to the right page of the documentation it should also open in a new tab, so that it doesn't cancel the current user session.

Sure we can add a link to the documentation, I will add it to the nav bar so it will be visible in all the pages. We can keep the Contact us, but we should link it to GitHub discussions, it is a new feature that was added to GitHub and it looks like StackOverflow, people can ask questions there and they can find the answer to commonly asked questions. What are your thoughts? I can activate GitHub discussion, I already did that for pythermalcomfort and CBE thermal comfort tool. See example. Actually this exact issue should have been started as a discussion and once we agree on a common solution should have been converted in a issue, which has a clear aim and objective and it is easy to implement.
