Hover boundary bug #4

Given these conditions, there seems to be a jump in the pointwise computed MRT/PMV that isn't reflected in the visualization plane. From dheinzerling.

It has something to do with the way that the direct shortwave component of the total ERF is calculated on a pointwise basis.
