Release broken 10.0.3.0 #21

The release zip is just the files, not in a directory inside the zip file.

Expected for the zip file to contain a "BankItems" directory and release.json.

Whoops, I do releases pretty infrequently so I keep getting the zip structure wrong one way or another. Check if it's working now.
