Reagent Bank not always showing on tooltip

Personal Reagent Banks aren't always showing on my tooltips.

1. Open AH or profession or your bags (not your bank) and mouse over a reagent you have in your Reagent Bank
2. Expect number in Reagent Bank to show, will not be there
3. Open Reagent Bank
4. Look at item tooltip again and Reagent Bank will be included

For example

Tooltip in Engineering window shows zero Jard's Peculiar Energy Source

But there are 29 in this character's Reagent Bank

After I open the Reagent Bank it shows on the tooltip, but at some point it will disappear (after exiting the game perhaps? I'm not sure)

Edit: After Exiting and restarting the game the Reagent Bank numbers are gone again.

I have the same issue. BI doesn't forget everything in the Reagent Bank though. This is a screenshot of what BI thinks I have:

And this is what the Reagent Bank actually contains:

Weird thing is that it remembered the quality 1 Ironclaw Ore, but not the quality 2 in the slot below the first.
