Prepare model to run on Kjohnson

Run the model remotely in Kjohnson. This will allow us to run multiple models in background and perform various studies to analyse different aspects of the model.

To do

• [x] Create a python script for training and testing the model.
• [x] Save every output and valuable data in a dedicated folder.
• [x] Add a model_id to identify saved files.
• [x] Improve model parameter names.
• [x] Clone repository on Kjohnson and prepare environment.
