Prepare Kjohnson

Install necessary packages and the FBRestNet model on Kjohnson.

To do

[x] Solve #1.
[x] Mount Docker pytorch image and check packages version.
[x] Create symbolic links on /~ to /data/user_name/ before installing pip or conda packages.
[x] Install missing packages and update packages if necessary.
[x] Install the FBRestNet model.
