Location Layout Photos not compatible with Chrome or Firefox

Description

Location layout photos will not show up on Chrome or Firefox, only on safari.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Named Locations on Chrome or Firefox 2.Upload a layout photo.

3. you will not see the photo.

OR

1. Try to reserve a room with a layout photo on room management while using chrome or Firefox
2. you will not see the photo.

Expected behavior:

A photo will be displayed.

Actual behavior:

It's doesn't show.

I am having this same issue, but I have not tried in different browsers. I did notice that the photos are being marked as temporary in the database. So when the nightly job runs they are deleted.

What file types are you using? Currently unable to produce

It only happened when we uploaded Pdfs. When we changed the file type the image did not have issues.

If we uploaded pdfs we would get exception errors about them being temporary and unable to delete or something like that.
