[RR] Search Reservations by more than Created By #144

Feature Request

Describe the Feature Request It would be nice to have the ability to search for more than just "Created By" in the search reservations block.

Describe Preferred Solution Add the ability to search for "Admin Contact" and "Event Contact". This would be especially helpful when someone leaves staff so that we can easily change the admin contact on all of their reservations.

Campus would be a very helpful option on the Search Reservation page as well. We currently have to select every location for a specific campus if we want to every event for that campus to appear on this page.
