Model Map link on Lava Tester is out of date #161

Description

The link on the LavaTester is very out of date. It points to http://www.churchitnetwork.com/ModelMap from back when that block was not in core and was only set up on that Rock instance.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open tool.
  2. Click help bubble.
  3. See bad link.

Expected behavior:

Navigate to a local page/route for the model map.

Actual behavior:

goes to another site.
