"End by" date on reservation schedule does not include that date #178

Description

When setting up a reoccurring schedule for a reservation and setting an End By date, that date is not included for the reservation.

Steps to Reproduce

Create New Reservation with an occurrence pattern of Weekly on Sundays.
Select End By date of a Sunday in the future [12/27/20].

Expected behavior:

Upon saving, Reservation is recorded through Sunday listed as End By date [12/27/20].

Actual behavior:

Upon saving, Reservation is only recorded through the Sunday prior to the End By date [12/20/20]
