When we remove an existing Administrative Contact from an event and add a new one, the previous administrative contact continues to receive notifications if the event is edited or the status changes.
Steps to Reproduce
[First Step] Delete Administrative Contact on existing event
[Second Step] Search and add new Administrative Contact on existing event
[Third Step] Save
Expected behavior:
Expect that system will recognize new Administrative Contact and send notifications to that person.
Actual behavior:
Sends notification to person who was previously listed as Administrative Contact
