Test Touchscreen Joystick with LoRa Feather #4

Long term vision for touchscreen control is LoRa transmitter to Wheele. Adafruit Feather has LoRa transceiver on SPI bus. Not sure if using same SPI bus for LoRa and touchscreen will work so want to try it out.

Touchscreen joystick was tested at August build session using LoRa to transmit velocity commands. Worked reasonably well despite SPI bus being shared between LoRa and display.
