Fix up "cancel" behavior for WSI-DI changes #116

When user changes the WSI-DI lookup AND the CVP and SWP files are non-default, 
a dialog box comes up to confirm that the user wants to overwrite the custom 
values with the appropriate default. 

Logic needs to be cleaned up to back out appropriately in the Hydroclimate 
screen.
