Review UI directions for scenario selection on Quick Results screen #162

The scenario selection screen acts as a buttongroup with user able to mark one 
scenario for interest. Purpose is not necessarily intuitive to new users and 
doesn't immediately make sense. How can we either 

  - Add explanatory text to existing UI (tooltips, labels) to help

  - Consider alternate design

Should review documentation regardless to make sure it's there as a last result.
